President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol visited the Seoul National Cemetery in Dongjak-gu on the morning of the 10th as the first official schedule since he was elected.



President-elect Yoon came out of his home in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu around 10:25 am today and was escorted by the Blue House security room and arrived at the Memorial Hall in 10 minutes.



He had originally planned to visit the shrine from 10 a.m., but the schedule was delayed due to a phone call with US President Joe Biden from 10:10 a.m. to 20 a.m.



After putting flowers in the memorial tower and offering incense, he wrote in the guestbook, "We will build a country of unity and prosperity together with the great people."




Today's worship service was attended by Party leaders such as People's Power Representative Lee Jun-seok, floor leader Kim Ki-hyeon, secretary-general Kwon Young-se, National Assembly Vice Chairman Jeong Jin-seok, National Assembly Vice Chairman Cho Kyung-tae Park Jin Lee Chae-ik Yoon Jae-ok Yoon Jae-ok Kim Eun-hye, and former Jeju governor Won Hee-ryong.



President-elect Yoon gave his election speech at 11:30 am today in the auditorium of the National Assembly Library, and at noon, President-elect Yoo Young-min and Senior Secretary for Political Affairs Lee Cheol-hee are preventing him.



At 2pm, he will attend the demolition of the fleet headquarters.
