On Monday, Christian Tudès, first deputy mayor of Menton, in charge of security, filed a complaint against X. In a post on the city's Facebook account, the town explains that individuals have "voluntarily degraded" one of its surveillance cameras, at the Rondelli skatepark.

“The perpetrators (as well as their vehicle) were filmed by another CCTV camera located nearby.

They are clearly seen shooting at the damaged camera globe” with an “airsoft-style pellet gun,” the post on the social network states.

The city of Menton recalls "that it will apply zero tolerance in all cases of incivility of which it will be a victim".
