What is a full suspension mountain bike?

The full-suspension mountain bike is an all-terrain bicycle model that is equipped with a double damping system.

At the front, there is a suspension fork and at the rear, a shock absorber.

There are mountain bikes that have either one or the other, but that doesn't make them full suspension mountain bikes, but hardtail mountain bikes.

How to choose the size of your mountain bike?

The size of a mountain bike is expressed in inches when talking about a children's bike: 14 inches from 4 to 6 years old, 16 inches from 5 to 7 years old, 20 inches from 7 to 9 years old and 24 inches from 9 to 12 years old.

For adults, there are four sizes: XS, S, L and XL.
