After the third round of negotiations, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to open humanitarian routes for civilians to evacuate, such as the capital Kiiu and the 'second city' Kharkiv.



Contrary to the agreement, however, the testimonies of refugees emerged that the Russian army had bombarded the evacuation route.

Russia initially proposed 10 humanitarian routes, but claims that only one has been opened due to the refusal of Ukraine.



The UN Human Rights Office estimates that more than 400 civilians have been killed and more than 800 injured in Ukraine since the invasion of Russia on the 24th of last month.
