On Friday, the woman who received a lot of attention was expelled after it became known that she had been detained outside Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson's home after an alarm was triggered.

The woman, who is in her 25s and comes from Nicaragua, was staying illegally in Sweden.

Before she was deported, she accepted a criminal injunction for violating the Aliens Act.

The penalty was a 50-day fine of SEK 50, ie SEK 2,500.

- Regarding her illegal stay, it was proven that she was staying in the country illegally and she accepted the criminal injunction, says chamber prosecutor Robert Damberg.

The cleaning company hired by Andersson has previously stated that the cleaning lady was not inside the Prime Minister's residence, neither at the time nor before.

In an interview with Expressen, the woman herself stated that she had cleaned the Prime Minister's residence on an earlier occasion, last autumn.

The police investigation also investigated suspicions against the woman that she would work without a permit.

- It was not possible to establish the circumstances surrounding her employment before her rejection decision was to be executed and I therefore decided to close that part of the investigation against her, it is further investigated against the employer, says chamber prosecutor Robert Damberg.

The owner of the cleaning company, who has been hired by the Prime Minister for a long time, denies any wrongdoing.

Today, the prosecutor can not answer when he will make a decision in the prosecution issue regarding the employer.

- It is a person who has been notified of suspicion of crime in terms of employer liability, but that investigation is ongoing so I can not say much, says chamber prosecutor Robert Damberg
