The report pointed out that "serving sentences on paper" and "raising money to get out of prison" will never be allowed to undermine fairness and justice.
According to the report of the Supreme People's Court, the People's Court has comprehensively investigated 13.345 million cases of "temporary reduction of leave" since 1990, urged 59,000 cases with problems or flaws to rectify one by one, and issued opinions on the substantive trial of commutation and parole cases in conjunction with the Supreme People's Procuratorate. "Serving sentences on paper" and "raising money out of prison" are not allowed to undermine fairness and justice.
Aiming at turning the blade inward and clearing the accumulated malaise, the Supreme People's Court report pointed out that 590,000 police officers in courts across the country have undergone revolutionary forging.
Adhere to the problem-oriented, do not protect shortcomings, do not hide ugliness, do not hide diseases and avoid doctors, and promote the treatment of chronic diseases and the establishment of rules and regulations.
The report of the Supreme People's Court disclosed that, with a zero-tolerance attitude to eliminate the black sheep, the Supreme People's Court investigated and punished 21 police officers who violated discipline and law in the court, and courts at all levels investigated and punished 3,066 police officers who violated discipline and law by using the power of trial and execution, of which 509 were held criminally responsible.
The report of the Supreme People's Court emphasized that it is necessary to consolidate and deepen the achievements of team education and rectification, and never allow the stubborn maladies that have been rectified to rebound.
