“The special forces of the Russian National Guard in Chechnya have advanced even deeper ... and are not meeting fierce resistance from Bandera,” Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.

He added that the military regularly sends him video reports on the progress of the special operation.

Earlier, Kadyrov said that the Chechen special forces occupied a large military base in Ukraine.

He also announced a $500,000 reward for the "heads of commanders" of Ukrainian nationalists.

Earlier, Kadyrov again appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to give permission to complete the special operation in Ukraine.
