Fate has allowed a young dolphin to find the open sea, in the Gard.

Sunday, the gendarmes of Grau-du-Roi were dispatched to help a man, who had requested their help, because he had lost his way, and could not find his way.

While they were lending a hand to the individual, the soldiers saw a dolphin, which was going around in circles in the outer harbor, between a dike and a pontoon, report the gendarmes of Gard.

He couldn't find his way back to the Mediterranean either.

One of the gendarmes thus equipped himself with a combination, and threw himself into the water, to try to push the animal back towards the exit of the port, supported by an employee of the harbor master's office, who followed him at aboard a boat.

The dolphin finally understood where the exit was, and took off, in search of its congeners.
