“According to the People’s Militia of the LPR, in the village of Kryakovka, liberated from the Ukrainian security forces, near Trekhizbenka, an impromptu torture chamber was found in the basement of a residential building in which Ukrainian troops were previously quartered.
The body of a local resident was also found there, who, most likely, was killed the day before during the retreat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ”the statement says.
It is specified that Bastrykin instructed to ensure the prompt collection and recording of the necessary evidence to identify the persons involved in the death of the man, as well as to establish other possible facts of torture by the Ukrainian military.
Earlier, Bastrykin instructed the main investigative department of the department to investigate new attacks in the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics.
