Ukraine's Foreign Minister announces a meeting with Lavrov in Turkey on Thursday

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba announced that he will hold a meeting with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, in Turkey on Thursday.

"(A meeting with Lavrov) is scheduled for the 10th of the month, if he arrives in Antalya, I will fly, sit down and talk," Kuleba told a news briefing on Monday.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that a meeting was planned between the Foreign Ministers of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, Sergey Lavrov and Dmitry Kuleba, with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Conference.

Yesterday, the third round of negotiations took place between the Russian and Ukrainian delegation in Belarus in order to reach a solution to the Ukrainian crisis.

"The third round of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Belarus has ended," the Russian diplomatic mission said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.

The statement added: "The discussion took place behind closed doors and lasted for more than three hours. During the meeting, the two parties took one break."

"The Russian side hopes that the humanitarian corridors will start working tomorrow, and the Ukrainian side has confirmed this," said the Russian presidential aide and head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky.

"Russia hopes to sign a protocol at least in talks with Ukraine, but nothing has been signed," Medinsky said.

The head of the International Committee of the Russian State Duma, and one of the delegation members, Leonid Slutsky, stressed that "the talks between Russia and Ukraine will continue quickly, but Moscow does not give itself the illusion that the next time a result will be achieved."
