The Russian "Sputnik" agency said that the Ukrainian delegation arrived at the place of talks with the Russian delegation in Belarus on board a helicopter.
Earlier, the head of the Russian delegation participating in the negotiations with the Ukrainian side, and the assistant to President Putin, Vladimir Medinsky, announced the readiness of the Russian delegation for negotiations and that he was waiting for the Ukrainian delegation in the designated hall.
Medinsky said Russia regrets that none of the humanitarian corridors in Ukraine are operating at full capacity, so he will try again today to discuss the work of the humanitarian corridors with the Ukrainian delegation.
He added that a number of Ukrainian leaders are not subject to the Kyiv regime.
Medinsky described the actions of Ukrainian nationalists in preventing the evacuation of civilians as a war crime.
Before that, the Russian delegation had arrived at the venue of the negotiations in Minsk in order to complete the third session.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a ceasefire, starting at ten in the morning, to secure humanitarian corridors from Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkov, Som-Gumshaft, after a request made by French President Emmanuel Macron to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
The Ministry asked the Ukrainian side to fulfill the conditions for establishing humanitarian corridors and to ensure the withdrawal of the civilian population and foreign citizens.
