“As of 13:00 Moscow time, the Ukrainian side has not fulfilled a single condition for the creation of humanitarian corridors,” Mizintsev said.

According to him, "not a single practical event for the preparation of humanitarian convoys has been carried out, no one has arrived at the open humanitarian corridors."

Mizintsev noted that “nationalists, under the threat of physical violence, simply do not release civilians and foreign citizens from these settlements.”

Earlier it was reported that on March 7, the Russian Armed Forces, based on the catastrophic humanitarian situation, as well as in response to the personal request of French President Emmanuel Macron to President Vladimir Putin, declare a silence regime from 10:00 and open humanitarian corridors from Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkov and Sumy .

Information about this has been brought to the attention of the specialized structures of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations.

At the same time, the Russian Armed Forces reported that they would monitor the evacuation of the population, including with the help of drones, so the attempts of the Kiev authorities to accuse Russia of “failing the humanitarian operation” are useless and pointless, said the humanitarian headquarters for responding to the situation in Ukraine.
