A young man found seriously injured on the side of a road near Rennes

A 22-year-old young man is currently between life and death in the neurosurgery department of the CHU Pontchaillou in Rennes.

Early Sunday morning, firefighters found him seriously injured on the side of a road in Bédée to the west of Rennes, 

learned  from the gendarmes.

The victim had spent the evening with a group of friends in a nightclub in Montauban-de-Bretagne.

When the establishment closed, an altercation would have broken out between the various protagonists who were returning home and blows would have been exchanged inside the vehicle.

According to

, the young man was then deposited on the side of the road where he felt unwell.

An investigation, entrusted to the Montfort-sur-Meu gendarmerie company, has been opened to shed light on this affair.
