17-year-old boy died of his injuries after being run over by a tractor

The tragedy occurred on February 23 in Rontalon, in the Monts du Lyonnais (Rhône).

The 17-year-old boy, who had been run over by a tractor, died of his injuries.

The boy died a week after the accident, at Lyon Sud hospital, where he had been rushed,

reported on Monday .

The young man had passed under the wheels of the tractor while he was helping his father, a farmer in the town.

An investigation had been opened by the Mornant gendarmerie to find out the circumstances of the accident.
