The Russian Aerospace Forces shot down ten combat aircraft and helicopters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and six UAVs in a day

This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov.

“Over the past day, fighter aircraft and air defense of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down four Su-27 and one MiG-29 aircraft in the Zhitomir region, Su-27 and Su-25 in the Radomyshl region, one Su-25 in the Nizhyn region, two Mi-8 helicopters in near Kyiv, six unmanned aerial vehicles, including the Bayraktar TB-2,” he said in a statement.

Also on the morning of March 6, the Russian Armed Forces disabled the airfield of the Ukrainian Air Force in Starokonstantinov with a long-range high-precision weapon.
