This is how the general staff of the Malian armies qualifies the images of the mass grave circulating on social networks and which report a collective summary execution of the Malian armed forces, the Fama, on civilian populations in the Diabaly sector, on the night of March 1 to 2.

“

The Malian general staff is totally at odds with these allegations, which are likely to discredit the Fama, who respect human rights and international humanitarian law.

The Malian armed forces cannot be responsible for such abjection and this information constitutes disinformation

”, continues the press release, before specifying that an investigation has however been opened.
