Since 2013, Inger Hellsing has received help from the home care service to pay her bills.

The envelopes are placed in a mailbox at the service accommodation Treskillingen in Kopparberg.

This has worked flawlessly so far, but in February something went wrong.

Via the telephone bank, Inger realized that the money had not been withdrawn and soon reminders and debt collection letters began to pour in.

Still have to pay

It turned out in the end that it was neither Inger nor the home care service that made the mistake - but Postnord.

- The bills themselves have now been removed from debt collection, but I still have to pay the reminder fees, says Inger.

Postnord believes that this is a communication failure.

The current mailbox is now unpacked.

Start the clip to hear Postnord's response - and how a month could go by without the mailbox being emptied.
