According to him, humanitarian corridors can be established to give a more positive image of Russia.

- On the one hand, they are shelling cities, civilian targets and the like, on the other hand, they are providing humanitarian aid to the areas they have occupied.
At the same time, an evacuation could pave the way for a new type of combat.
