Imprisonment and a fine is the penalty for trafficking in hunting firearms without a permit

The applicant for carrying and owning weapons is 21 years old, and a citizen of the country, and he may purchase three pieces from the exhibition.

As for visitors coming to the exhibition, they are required to bring a license and a no-objection certificate from their countries, in which the number of weapons and the permitted types are indicated.

He pointed out that the UAE legislator, in Article 29 of the Rumors Law, prohibits and prevents the trafficking and promotion of firearms, ammunition, or explosives, in unauthorized cases, stipulating a penalty for violating these instructions, whether for the parties or persons who carry out such promotion, with imprisonment for a period of no less than For one year and a fine of no less than 500,000 dirhams and not more than one million dirhams, or one of these two penalties, for anyone who establishes, manages or runs a website, or publishes information on a computer network or any information technology means.

In the event that a person purchases without a permit or by other than the authorized parties, he is subject to the Crimes Law relating to the criminalization of possession and use of weapons.
