China Overseas Chinese Network, March 3. According to the WeChat public account of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, recently, many people reported to the embassy that they contacted the so-called "ticket agents" and "ticket purchase intermediaries" through channels such as "Xiaohongshu" and WeChat. When purchasing a flight ticket to China, I encountered fraud and resulted in property loss.

The embassy immediately informed the relevant personnel about the situation and provided support for the follow-up processing.

At the same time, the embassy hereby reminds that transactions through social media are extremely risky, and relevant personnel must be vigilant and do not blindly believe.

Ticket purchases should be made through official channels such as the airline's official website and guaranteed ticket platforms, and pay attention to reading the terms of the contract to avoid being deceived or causing disputes.

At present, the epidemic situation is severe. Due to the excessive number of imported cases, the flights between China and Singapore have been interrupted one after another, and the capacity has become tight.

The embassy attaches great importance to this. On the one hand, it requires airlines to standardize air ticket prices, properly handle the cancellation and change requests of passengers whose flights have been interrupted, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of passengers; To reduce the number of cases and create conditions for the early resumption of flights.

It is hoped that the majority of passengers will further strengthen personal protection, adhere to "non-essential, do not travel", consciously abide by the prevention and control requirements such as pre-departure health management, avoid the risk of infection before and during the trip, and jointly maintain the normal operation of China-Singapore flights.
