Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a temporary truce to evacuate Ukrainian civilians.
According to Reuters, delegations from Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a temporary ceasefire, including a joint provision of a humanitarian corridor, during a second round of negotiations in the Brest province of southwestern Belarus.
Reuters also said that the delegations of the two countries agreed to hold a third meeting as soon as possible.
