His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will honor the winners of the sixth session of the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Governmental Performance, in a ceremony organized by the UAE government tomorrow, at Expo 2020 Dubai, in the presence of a number of owners Your Highness Sheikhs, ministers and officials.

The Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Governmental Performance aims to spread awareness of the principles of excellence and leadership and motivate employees to provide their best to improve the level of performance and government work, thus contributing to supporting the development process in the country to cross into the future.

The UAE government had launched the sixth evaluation cycle of the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for Excellence in Governmental Performance, which adopted the standards of the UAE government excellence system developed in the evaluation process, with the participation of 60 evaluators, Emirati experts and specialists, and more than 121 international evaluators.

Among the institutional awards, the award includes 17 categories, including the leading federal entity, the best entity in the field of innovation, the best entity in adopting artificial intelligence, the best achievement of the national agenda, the best entity in interconnected proactive services, the best entity in improving performance, and the best entity in the classification of channels Providing service and the best quality of life in the work environment.

In translation of the new directions of the UAE government, the award witnessed the creation of new categories that were added to the institutional awards, to keep pace with the leadership’s visions for the future of government work. These included the award for the best agency in achieving the vision, the award for the best body in improving the quality of life, the award for the best agency in institutional flexibility, and the award for the best site investigation.
