It is after just over forty percent of the regular staff in the home care service have fallen ill with covid that the municipality in a call on its website is now appealing for help.
- We have tried to get rid of all the people we can.
Both administrative staff and others who work in the town hall who have skills, says Ewy Andersson who is operations manager in the elderly and disability care.
Never seen anything like it
During the 20 years she has worked in the home care service in Robertsfors, she has never been in a similar situation.
- It feels a bit tricky, but everyone understands this situation.
Then we hope that this applies for a shorter time until everyone is healthy again, says Ewy Andersson.
