According to reports, on the afternoon of February 28, a fire broke out in a Chinese 100 yuan store by the sea in the Orpesa area of Castellón City. Because a large amount of flammable materials such as plastics were stored in the 100 yuan store, the fire spread rapidly and smoke billowed from the scene.
At 13:30, the local fire department received an alarm call and quickly went to the 100 yuan store to put out the fire.
At around 16:30 that day, the fire in the Baiyuan Store was put out, but for safety reasons, all residents in the 14-story building above the Baiyuan Store were evacuated by the fire department.
According to the local fire department, no residents were injured in the fire, but the damage to the Chinese 100-yuan store could have been severe.
At present, the cause of the fire is not yet clear.
