The district court sentences the police for insult and the penalty will be a 40-day fine of SEK 330.
The fact that the police felt frustrated or tired during the house search does not lead to any other assessment according to the district court.
After the verdict has been handed down, the police officer will be allowed to keep his job in accordance with a decision from the Police Personnel Liability Committee.
