The Niçois, third in Ligue 1, won their ticket thanks to goals from Amine Gouiri (48th) and Kasper Dolberg (73rd).
They will face on May 8 at the Stade de France the winner of the other semi-final between Nantes and Monaco, scheduled for Wednesday.
