Drug smuggling is said to have taken place in Denmark, Norway, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
The events are said to have taken place in February and four people are suspects, of which Tommy Zethraeus is one.
All are in custody in Ireland.
Tommy Zethraeus himself denies the crime, according to his lawyer.
