　　Chinanews.com, February 28. According to the WeChat official account of “CNET China”, from March 1, 2022, the Internet Information Service Algorithm Filing System will be officially launched. The official website is https://beian.cac.gov. cn.

The filing subject fills in the filing information and checks the filing status through the official website, and ordinary users inquire about the filing information through the official website.

　　On December 31, 2021, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued the "Regulations on the Administration of Algorithm Recommendations for Internet Information Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").

Article 24 of the "Regulations" requires that algorithm recommendation service providers with public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities shall fill in the name and service of the service provider through the Internet Information Service Algorithm Filing System within ten working days from the date of providing the service. Form, application field, algorithm type, algorithm self-assessment report, content to be announced and other information, go through the filing procedures.

If the filing information of the algorithm recommendation service provider changes, the change procedures shall be completed within ten working days from the date of change.

If the algorithm recommendation service provider terminates the service, it shall go through the cancellation and filing procedures within 20 working days from the date of termination of the service, and make appropriate arrangements.

　　The Internet information service algorithm filing only records the algorithm recommendation service provided by the filing entity and the algorithm recommendation technology used in the service, and the information is filled in by the filing entity. No organization or individual may use the filing results for publicity and other commercial purposes.
