The EU included in the sanctions lists the press secretary of the President of Russia Peskov

This is stated in the official journal of the EU.

Earlier, the US Treasury Department added Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and members of the Security Council to the sanctions list.

Peskov called this decision short-sighted and absurd in terms of solving problems.
