The 450 meter long hill is usually only open on weekends and a couple of evenings a week, but now during the sports holiday it is also open during the day, and schoolchildren from Filipstad municipality travel for free.
- Filipstad municipality is involved and contributes so that we can stay open, says Krister Johansson, chairman of the slalom club in Lesjöfors.

"Cool hill"
Tilde Libeck 10 years old, from Stockholm is visiting her cousin Melvin Aitman 12 years old in Filipstad and they took the opportunity to take a ski day in Lesjöfors.
- It's good here, fun hill to go on, says Tilde and is supported by Melvin.
When we stand by the lift, five-year-old Molly turns up after going downhill at full speed.
- It's fun to ski, she says and gets used to the lift for a new ride on the slopes.
