Nine out of 10 Ukrainians support Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, who remains in the capital Kyiv to fight back, a new study found.

According to foreign media such as the British Guardian on the 28th local time, 91% of the respondents said that they support President Zelensky in a poll conducted by the Ukrainian opinion polling agency Ratinging of 2,000 Ukrainian citizens over the age of 18 on the 28th local time.

Considering that the approval rating stayed in the 30% range in the last December survey, it almost tripled.

Specifically, when looking at the response of 'support', 59% 'absolutely support' and 'somewhat support' accounted for 32%.

On the other hand, only 6% answered 'do not support' and 3% answered 'don't know'.

To the question 'Do you think Ukraine can win the war against Russia?', 70% of the respondents answered 'yes'.

This is an increase of 14 percentage points from the survey last month (56%).

Specifically, 47% of 'wins are certain' and 23% of 'somewhat certain'.

About 16% of respondents were pessimistic about Ukraine's victory, while the remaining 15% answered 'don't know'.

This poll was conducted from the 26th to the 27th in all areas of Ukraine, excluding the rebel-occupied areas in eastern Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk) and Crimea, and the margin of error is ±2.2 percentage points.

President Zelensky, a comedian and political novice, was criticized by the international community as 'incompetence caused war' in the early days of the invasion of Russia.

However, after the invasion of Russia, he refused US evacuation assistance and declared his will to fight back while defending the capital, Kyiv, and is being re-evaluated as a 'brave leader'.

This is a 'news pick'.
