Kiev accuses Moscow of plotting "genocide" in Ukraine
The International Court of Justice announced Sunday that Kiev has charged Russia with planning genocide in Ukraine.
"In its application, Ukraine accused the Russian Federation of planning genocide in Ukraine, and affirmed that Russia deliberately kills people of Ukrainian citizenship and endangers their physical integrity," the Hague-based court said in a statement.
