Later, eyewitnesses said that a new explosion had occurred in the city.

“There has just been another explosion.

It is not clear what it is,” said a local resident.

Earlier, the representative office of the LPR in the JCCC stated that there was an explosion near the trolleybus depot in Luhansk.
