From international payment network "SWIFT" to sanctions to lock out Russian banks US / Europe

The Biden administration in the United States has announced that the United States and European countries will take steps to keep certain Russian banks out of the international payment network called SWIFT.

It will be implemented within the next few days.

Countries have collaborated on Russia's military invasion to implement economic sanctions, one of the toughest steps.
