Due to Russia's actions, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba urged to supply weapons to Kiev, as well as to provide financial and humanitarian assistance.
He also called for the immediate imposition of "destructive sanctions against Russia" and disconnect it from SWIFT.
