The Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee in Abu Dhabi has approved easing precautionary measures to deal with new cases of COVID-19 and those in contact with it, in addition to procedures for entering commercial places, tourist destinations and events, and procedures for travel and entry to government buildings in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as stated by the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office via Her official account on the social networking site "Twitter".

The office added, in a subsequent tweet, that the updated procedures, which will start working as of Saturday, February 26, 2022, come in line with the positive indicators that confirm entering the stage of recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic as a result of community members' commitment to the precautionary measures followed.
