A 40-year-old woman has been notified of a legal reminder and will have to pay a 100 € citizen contribution, the public prosecutor of Grenoble (Isère) said on Wednesday.
The defendant was heard Tuesday by the police and summoned, Wednesday, before the delegate of the Grenoble prosecutor, said prosecutor Eric Vaillant in a press release relayed by AFP.
The latter had announced that he had ordered the investigation on February 3, on the 4th day of the trial of the former soldier, tried for the murder of little Maëlys, during a wedding in August 2017. He had specified that the video showed especially the accused.
Man sued for selfie in courtroom
Nordahl Lelandais's lawyer, Me Alain Jakubowicz, was indignant during the hearing of the "delirious runaway" around this trial which ended on Friday February 18 with the sentencing of his client to criminal imprisonment at life imprisonment with a 22-year prison term.
A 40-year-old man, who for his part had taken a selfie in the courtroom during the same trial but had erased it at the request of the security services, is "summoned in March before the prosecutor's delegate for a reminder to the law and a citizen's contribution of €50", added Eric Vaillant.
