The Russian Presidential Administration has revealed that pro-Russian militants in eastern Ukraine have requested Putin to provide military assistance to avoid the sacrifice of civilians.

The focus will be on when and how large military units Russia will send to eastern Ukraine.

Russian Presidential Administration spokesman Peskov revealed on the 23rd that Putin received a letter from pro-Russian militants who effectively control parts of the two eastern states of Ukraine.

The letter states that "the Ukrainian government has received military support from the United States and other countries and is determined to resolve the eastern conflict by force."

And, "to avoid the sacrifice of civilians, we request the support necessary to dismiss the Ukrainian army's attack based on the friendship and cooperation treaty concluded with Russia," said the military from pro-Russian armed groups to President Putin. There was a request for support.

President Putin has unilaterally endorsed the independence of pro-Russian-dominated areas in eastern Ukraine and is poised to send troops in the name of "peacekeeping," when and how much Russia will be in the future. The focus will be on sending large military units to eastern Ukraine.
