According to the Ministry of Education website on the 24th, in order to consolidate the results of off-campus training and governance, and strictly prevent the flood of off-campus training during the winter vacation, according to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education, all parts of the country have carried out offline inspections and implemented in-depth online inspections. Take action to crack down on illegal training, ensure that primary and secondary school students have a good winter vacation, and effectively safeguard the interests of the masses.
Based on the actual situation, all localities have made special deployments, carried out special inspections, unblocked supervision channels, strengthened publicity and guidance, insisted on checking and reforming, reporting the situation in a timely manner, and taking multiple measures to ensure that the winter vacation management is effective.
As of February 20, a total of 393,800 law enforcement inspectors were dispatched across the country during the winter vacation, and 10,100 institutions with incomplete licenses, 918 disciplinary institutions with complete licenses, and 4,218 non-disciplinary institutions were punished for illegal training activities. 1,042 people were dealt with in violation of regulations such as "one-to-one" training.
A total of 150,000 rounds of online inspections were carried out, 503 illegal training activities were investigated and punished, and 2 illegal institutions were notified.
Through the efforts of all parties, the previous winter vacation "training fever" no longer appears, illegal training activities have been effectively rectified, training advertisements have basically disappeared, the streets of off-campus training lines are clean, and there is no flooding online, and the overall situation is stable and orderly.
In the next step, the Ministry of Education will continue to deepen the governance of off-campus training, guide all localities to improve the normal inspection mechanism, strengthen the construction of off-campus training law enforcement forces, improve the multi-department joint law enforcement work mechanism, severely crack down on illegal training, maintain a high-pressure situation, and form a deterrent effect.
