The Al Ain Court of First Instance ruled to oblige a young man to pay the last 22,250 dirhams, the value of five “iPhone Max 13” phones, which he bought and did not pay for, and obligated him to pay the expenses.

In detail, the owner of a phone shop filed a lawsuit against a young man, demanding that he pay him 22,500 dirhams, and compensation in the amount of 10,000 dirhams, with a delayed interest of 12% from the date of filing the lawsuit until full payment, in addition to fees and expenses, indicating that the latter bought from him. Five "iPhone Max 13" mobile phones worth 22,250 dirhams, and when he asked him to pay the value of the phones, he refused to pay the amount, and provided a support for his claim and photos of telephone correspondence between them.

The court stated in the merits of the ruling that according to the legal decision, the plaintiff must prove his right and the defendant deny it, noting that the defendant approved the case and acknowledged that the plaintiff has the amount in question of 22 thousand and 250 dirhams, the value of the price of the claimed mobile phones, which the court decides with. By obligating him to pay the plaintiff the amount claimed, and the court ruled to obligate the defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of 22 thousand and 250 dirhams and obligated him to pay the expenses.
