The first rape is said to have occurred in 2016 jointly by the two men, one in his 70s and the other in his 40s, but the events were only discovered at the beginning of last year.

- That the crimes were only discovered last year was in connection with a police report that the victim made, says chamber prosecutor Therese Umeflod.

The rapes must have taken place over a period of just over six years and on a total of six occasions.

Three times by the two men together and then three more rapes are said to have taken place by the 40-year-old man in his home.

- The two men are acquainted with each other but have no relationship, says Therese Umeflod.

There is film evidence

The 40-year-old is now being prosecuted at Helsingborg District Court for six cases of rape and three cases of aiding and abetting rape.

The 70-year-old is charged with three counts of rape and three counts of aiding and abetting rape.

The acts that are said to have been carried out jointly were filmed by one of the perpetrators, which is a heavy piece of evidence against the men.

- The evidence through film and photo shows the course of events as the most accurate, says Therese Umeflod.

The two men are also charged with sexual harassment for having sex with a woman in front of her then three-year-old child.

At the time, one of the men was filming when the other had sex with the woman at the same time as he turned to the child and said "what is he doing with your mother".

The woman is also charged with sexual harassment.

Found child porn on the computer

When the police went through the older man's computer and mobile phone, they also found pictures and videos containing child pornography.

A total of 505 files containing child pornography were discovered and some of these are said to have been spread via social media.

Therefore, the 70-year-old man is now also being prosecuted for child pornography offenses and serious child pornography offenses.

- The material that we found through seizures around the main crimes, has led to these suspicions, says Therese Umeflod.

The two men deny any wrongdoing.
