A 32-year-old man was tried on Tuesday before the Saint-Malo court for violence committed against firefighters who came to help him, reports

The facts took place on May 23 in Baguer-Pican (Ille-et-Vilaine).
During a drunken evening, the individual had suffered a head injury when he fell on a barbecue.
The firefighters then intervened but the 30-year-old was particularly aggressive.
He kicked a female firefighter in the ribs before attempting to bite off another's finger and knee him.
Two firefighters were injured during the intervention, the woman getting away with a temporary interruption of work for four days.
The court sentenced the individual to a two-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 300 euros.
