At the same time, he added that "if there is no choice, we will fight."
Earlier, Kuleba that relations between Kiev and Moscow "fell below the bottom."
He also announced his support for the idea of breaking off diplomatic relations with Russia.
According to Kuleba, Kiev will not allow "a repetition of the tragedy of 2014."
