Mila returns to the front of the media scene.

A few days after denouncing an attack of which he said he was the victim, the Lyon prosecutor's office announced on Tuesday the opening of a judicial investigation for sexual assault, theft in a meeting and sexist insults.

The young woman, suddenly released from anonymity in 2020, after the publication of a video on Instagram in which she criticized Islam, recorded videos on Saturday as she strolled on the quays of the Rhône, in Lyon.

On some of his videos, you could see several men shouting at him and one of them trying to steal his phone.

According to her, one of the two men then rubbed his cock against her.

Mila then explained that she was rescued by a “passing jogger”.

A second man wanted

“The investigations [will] continue on letters rogatory in particular with the aim of identifying and arresting a second defendant”, specifies the parquet floor of Lyon.

The other individual, already arrested, will be placed in police custody and referred.

At the time of her attack on Saturday, Mila was unescorted, although she has been under police protection since the publication of a video criticizing the Koran and Islam in January 2020. Then aged 16, she had been forced to leave high school.

Wave of cyberbullying

In November of the same year, she had been the victim of a digital "raid" after having published on the social network TikTok a new video in which she attacked her critics and Islam sharply.

Mila, who claims her right to blasphemy and regularly criticizes Islam, has been the target of a massive wave of cyberbullying.

In July 2021, eleven people were sentenced for these acts to terms ranging from four to six months in prison, suspended.
