105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (attempted murder of two or more persons, committed in a generally dangerous way, by a group of persons, by prior agreement). 

The UK intends to identify the persons involved in the crime and take measures against them to implement the principle of the inevitability of punishment.

On February 21, the representative office of the LPR in the JCCC reported an explosion near its building.

According to the People's Militia of the LPR, the head of the representative office and his driver were injured.
