The population in the county has increased by 0.6 percent in 2021 compared with the previous year.
The largest increase has been in Habo, where the population has risen by 1.8 percent.
In four municipalities in the county, Sävsjö, Tranås, Gislaved and Gnosjö, the population has instead decreased.
According to Tomas Johansson, population statistician at Statistics Sweden, much of the increase in the county is due to a larger influx compared with 2020. Jönköping County's population is now 367,064 people.
