At the hearing, the young woman explained that she had done so to flee traffickers who were looking for her for heroin debts.
She had then left the Vosges hastily to take refuge with her mother in Albertville where she was arrested a week before the hearing.
She was finally sentenced to six months in prison, a sentence that she will be able to serve again under electronic surveillance.
