According to him, after the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, he discussed the situation with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
“Now we are preparing an appeal as soon as possible, and then the planned conversations with European Council President Charles Michel and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan,” he wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees on Russia's recognition of the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
Putin also signed agreements with the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics on cooperation.
