In Rennes, as throughout France, bars and cafes have returned to a slightly more normal life since Wednesday February 16 and the lifting of the ban on eating while standing.

A wind of freedom which allowed the bistros to relax a little and to welcome more customers in a context of an epidemic in sharp decline.
