“In the Oryol region, a regional emergency regime is being introduced in order to ensure the stay of refugees from the Donbass,” the statement on the website of the regional government says.

According to Andrey Klychkov, Governor of the region, this measure will allow mobilizing resources related to the accommodation of refugees in the region.

Earlier, the governor of the Saratov region Valery Radaev instructed to introduce an emergency regime in the region for the prompt organization of the reception of refugees from the Donbass.

In total, 43 regions in Russia are already ready to accept refugees from Donbass on their territory.
